( 5 / 5 )Thank you so much for my Sakura rice cooker and the replacement steam basket. I’ve made fantastic long grain rice a few times, and also tried the vegan brownie recipe on the greedy panda blog, with great success. My friends couldn’t believe that it was a) vegan, and b) made in a rice cooker! Kudos to you guys as YumAsia for developing this rice cooker.
( 5 / 5 )I really like this rice cooker. The short grain rice setting for sushi is very good – the texture of the rice is al dente and I can now cook my sushi whenever I want. The keep warm is very long, I haven’t used it for the full 24 hours, but have used it for 15 hours and the rice was just as nice as when first cooked. The brown rice setting is very useful because it usually takes so long in a pan.
( 5 / 5 )Fantastic rice cooker, cooks rice perfect. I like the porridge for congee, I use the recipe in the manual and it was very nice. I am still to try the cake and yoghurt, but I will this weekend. I hope they are very nice too 🙂

( 5 / 5 )Excellent rice cooker. Cooks white and brown rice very, very and the short grain rice is tasty too (need to adjust the water a bit). The rice tastes amazing and the ceramic bowl is great. We have tried a few recipes from the Yum Asia blog and have been really happy with how they turned out. The keep warm is brilliant, so when the kids are coming in at different times it’s so much easier to feed them. Thanks for a brill product
( 5 / 5 )Well I’ve had my cooker for about 6 to 8 weeks now, and it is the bestest thing that I’ve purchased in a long time. I thought my Mum cooked the best rice for a long time, then sadly I’ve had to it for the last 18 year’s. But this machine is “PURE DEAD BRILLIANT, FAN BLOODY TASTIC I would recommend buy it now Contact me if you wish. Cheers John 20 out 10
( 5 / 5 )Use this at least twice a day for porridge (when it’s not so hot weather!) and for rice. I love setting the timer and not having to mess when I get in from work. Great stuff 🙂

( 5 / 5 )Don’t usually have much time to review stuff, but this is such a good product I felt YumAsia deserved it. Sakura is a must have kitchen appliance. It does hands free perfect sushi rice, perfect basmati rice (we do a biryani in it), perfect quinoa, perfect bulgur wheat, then holds it until you are ready to eat it. Can’t believe I’ve cooked for as long as I have and never had the joy of a really good rice cooker. All executed bob on by Yum Asia both from the slick website through to getting the delivery. I genuinely recommend.
