These include, materials, components, cooking timings, bowl composition, cooking ability, safety, ability to withstand environmental factors, temperature and timings of phased cooking, roll tests, drop tests, power surge tests, moisture control and thermal electronics assessment and a lot more.  This is why our rice cookers are so durable and cook great rice time after time.
